The advantages of preform silicone are the price is much lower than 3D customized silicone. The procedure can be performed immediately without doing CT scan for designing a new forehead silicone.

  • Must visit the doctor first to confirm the service and the final price.
  • Please make an appointment at least 1 business day in advance.
  • In the case of consulting about facial structure customization, such as forehead augmentation, or for other cases where the doctor requires additional examinations, there will be a CT-scan cost of 6,000 baht per session (consultation is free, no additional cost).
  • Customer must be over 20 years old to be eligible for surgery. Those under this age must be accompanied by a parent.
  • In the event that the customer has a congenital disease and requires services involving surgery:
    • Diabetes: The sugar value should not exceed 180 mg%, and the medication should be taken continuously while regularly seeing a doctor.
    • Thyroid: The medication should have been taken for more than 4 weeks, and blood and thyroid function results should be within the normal range.
    • High blood pressure: The blood pressure should not be higher than 180/100.
    • Asthma: Symptoms must not recur. Inhalers should only be used occasionally, for example, once every 1-2 months.
    • Anemia: Chronic anemia should be present, and no oral medication should be taken. Hemoglobin should not be lower than 11, and hematocrit should not be less than 32.
    • SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus): Good symptom control is required, with no exacerbations. Steroids should not be taken in doses exceeding 5 mg per day (if taking 5-20 mg per day, consult a doctor first).
    • Rheumatoid arthritis: The condition should be well controlled, with no exacerbations or symptoms such as stooping or difficulty in opening the mouth. Steroid dosage should not exceed 5 mg per day (if taking 5-20 mg per day, consult a doctor first).
    • Panic and depression: Continuous medication should be taken, and regular visits to the doctor are necessary.
    • Heart disease: This includes conditions such as coronary artery disease, irregular heartbeat, enlarged heart, leaky heart valves, etc. Consult your doctor regarding regular medication and provide your medical history.

Note: Take a picture of the medication being used to show it during the consultation with the doctor and bring the medication on the day of surgery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • If customers notify of cancellation more than 15 days prior to the scheduled service or surgery date, deduct 35%.
  • If customers notify of cancellation less than 15 days prior to the scheduled service or surgery date, deduct 50%.
  • If customers notify of cancellation less than 7 days before the service appointment date or surgery, deduct 70%. In the event that the surgery requires an anesthesiologist to participate in the operation, deduct an additional 10,000 baht.
