• Chivitr can't guarantee availability of villas for arrivals at the property before 2pm
  
• Early check-in can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability
  
• Every effort will be made to accommodate late check-out requests
  
• Extra charge on late departures after 12 noon, will be charged at 70% of room rates
  
• Extensions of stay are subject to availability and additional charges will be applied
  
• On arrival, a refundable security deposit equivalent of THB 5,000 per suite will be payable to Chivitr. It will be refunded upon departure, less any outstanding charges or damages incurred during guest stay
  

• Cancellation on the arrival date or less than 24 hours prior to arrival, No refund
  
• Should the cancellation occur less than 2 nights prior to arrival date during Peak Period (24 Dec – 10 Jan), Chivitr reserves its right to charge the entire reserved period
  
• In the case of early check out at any period, Chivitr is entitled to charge the entire reserved period
  
• Refund is subject to deduction of local taxes and all bank transfer charges.
  
• All cancellations must be received in writing by email and should be acknowledged as having been received by Chivitr
