The demands of today’s society have a massive impact on our body and more often, this is reflected in our sleep. For a period of 2 weeks, I will show you how you can take action in optimising your bed time without the need of supplementation (unless prescribed by your medical practitioner).
While good nutrition and movement are key pillars on the foundation to live a thriving life, a good sleep rhythm has turned out to be a game changer when the other 2 are under control. Routines, practises and habit changes may see the light of day yet make you ease into hours of quality slumber when the sun has set.

An Introduction
Without knowing you a bit better, it isn’t easy to tailor a plan together. During this call, the first indications of your goals are taken up as I run through some questions. This gives me an idea about why you are eager to get more energetic again.
Get to know you better
To get things rolling, I will ask you to fill in an assessment form. Quite extensive, it touches various points that shape the path we’re going to take. Based on what you submitted, we get together and draft up a plan. Nothing is certain, so adjustments to the map to thrive may occur; it’s all part of the process!
The Road Map
Every week, based on what you are reporting me and showing me, share our successes and struggles are immensely important. Adjustments may be needed, the changes from the week before may need some fine-tuning, or you may have some travelling coming up. In conjunction with your inputs, you’re in the driver’s seat for what you are ready, willing, and able to get to the next level. And it is all personalized to your goal.

Every week, we can schedule a call or meeting. Just to get an update on why what, and how. Maybe new questions come up, perhaps you are curious about certain nutritional
aspects I can address, or you want to vent some matters. This one-on-one call is purely to touch base and see what we can do to get you thriving further.

For more than 20 years, my life revolved around creating success in the corporate world without the slightest consideration for my health. Weight gain, mood swings, bad sleep, anxiety, and loss of focus slowly tipped the needle in a downward spiral.
Throughout my transformative journey, I gained an extensive amount of knowledge in consciously making health decisions based on your personal needs. This has led to sustainable success stories for many of my clients.
I am eager to share this with you without complexity.
A fully licensed health coach, I am a certified health coach, a personal fitness trainer, a sleep coach and a productivity and energy management coach. My interest in the concept of Deep Health has drawn me further on the path towards energy management and productivity strategies, the importance of sleep, movement, and stress management. These add-ons form an integral part of my coaching methodology as part of your thriving roadmap.
While the internet is inundated with methods and solutions, that often do not lead to the desired goals for reasons aplenty, I aim to work towards your individual goals. Because we are all individuals with our own preferences, desires…and lives.

How do I start?
Understandably, you wish to talk about your goals and wishes first with me before taking that first step and committing to the process.
To get to know you, I start with a free, informal consultation talk (online, around 15 minutes). You may have a few questions, concerns about how to commit or other matters you wish to raise before taking that step forward. Once you feel The Thrive Approach is the right thing for you, I will start by sending you the assessment and intake form.
And we’re off!
How is the programme built up?
To get to know you better, I would like you to fill in an extensive assessment and intake form before we start talking about you, becoming a thriving example. This assessment form is available online.
Based on priorities and your intake form (you are and remain the centre of it all!), I will create a step-by-step curriculum tailored to meet your goal(s). By regularly staying in touch and looking at the outcomes, we continue on the same foot, take the next step, or adjust where needed.
Do expect a lot of questions from my side during this phase!
For whom will The Thrive Approach work best?
The path guiding people towards their ultimate goal is mainly created around men, preferably 25 years and older.
There is, however, a certain amount of commitment needed to get thriving from you. While we work as a team, it is important to understand that you remain accountable for all your actions regarding what we decide together.
Change is hard, and that’s okay. As long as you are willing to take it one step at a time, the changes will be positively life-changing.
Does it include any medical advice?
In short – no.
I am not licensed, trained, or qualified in any way to cure ailments, food allergies, or medical issues in regards to caloric intake.
But when I notice something that may be related to a cause of one’s underlying challenges to thrive, I may ask you to see a specialist.
But assure me, I will be there to support and guide you.
