The rooms are designed based on the approved concepts of the World Rehabilitation Resort Universal Design. This has created the best form of rehabilitation, together with a world-class resort atmosphere, while staying focused on the sense of rest and relaxation to maximize physical and mental health and foster true happiness for everyone.

Deluxe Room

• The room is approximately 35 square meters
• One pair of twin beds with wake-up service
• Single-room air conditioning and air purifiers
• Entire unit located on the ground floor
• Terrace with garden view
• Outdoor furniture
• Smart TV
• Safety deposit box
• Kitchen and all equipment
• Bathroom with emergency cord and dressing area with all bathroom amenities
• Children's entertainment including books, DVDs, or music
• Children's amenities including children’s high chair
• Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed)

Children Policy

• A maximum of 1 child under 4 years of age may share a room with 1 or 2 adults free of charge, utilizing existing bedding in room.
• Children (between 4 to 12-year-old) will be charged. -/Child/Night – inclusive extra sofa bed with breakfast.
• Children over 12 years old will be charged as an extra person rate for extra sofa bed and breakfast.
• Maximum occupancy: 2 Children per room.

Reservation Policy

• All reservations will be held till the check-out date.
• Booking cannot be cancelled or modified on or after the check in date.
• Voucher Number is required to be shown before receiving our services.
• Other conditions are as specified by Amataya Wellness.

Early check-in and Late check-out Policy:

• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check out time is 12:00 hrs.
• Early arrival before 14:00 hrs. or late departure beyond 12:00 noon subject to room availability.
• Late check out between noon is free of charge but subject to room availability.

• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking
• The reservation will be automatically valid after the prepayment
• This package will not applicable for any cancellation but flexibilities for re-schedule on date & time with depending on availabilities; any postponement must be approved and officially confirmed by Amataya Wellness

• In case of no show, no refund is applicable on the booking. The full amount will be charged.
• In case of early departure, guest who checks out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure dates are subject to full amount charge; however, if a case subject to personal healthy or any other urgent case would be considered on a case-by-case.
