Head yoga is the science of relaxing the muscles around the head. Same point as Botox injections to treat migraine headache, amount 31 points. When massaging the head until it feels relaxed, blood vessels will not contract, the headache will relieve. Head yoga also strengthens the hair roots, which comes from the blood flow to the scalp better, together with the use of herbal serums that have hair nourishing properties, and reducing hair loss.
