• Should the cancellation occur less than 2 nights prior to arrival date during Peak Period (24 Dec – 10 Jan), Chivitr reserves its right to charge entire reserved period
  
• Early check out, Chivitr is entitled to charge entire reserved period
  
• Refund is subject to deduction of local taxes and all bank transfer charges
  
• Cancellations must be received by email and should be acknowledged as having been received by Chivitr
