Children and extra beds

A maximum of 1 child under 6 years of age may share a room with 1 or 2 adults free of charge, utilizing existing bedding in the room.
Children (between 7 to 12-year-old) will be charged. -/Child/Night – inclusive breakfast.
Children over 13 years old will be charged as an extra person rate for extra bed and breakfast.
Maximum occupancy: 1 Children per room.

Reservations

Reservation is required prior to arrival date at least 3 days in advance
This package cannot be exchanged or converted into cash
Rate are net inclusive of service charge and VAT
Conditions are as specified by Jasmine Resort Hotel

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is 14:00 and check out time is 12:00
Early arrival before 14:00 or late departure beyond 12:00 subject to room availability.
Late check out between noon is free of charge but subject to room availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This package is non-refundable
Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire stay, otherwise 1 night charge.
For Group 8 rooms up, any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire stay, otherwise 1 night charge.
Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value
