Terms and Conditions

Baby is free of charge. A maximum of 2 children under 4 years old who can share a bed with their parents can stay free of charge. Please inform us of the children's detail every time a reservation is made.
A third person or a child above 8 years old will be charged at the extra-bed rate based on accommodation type of their parents.
Children aged between 4-7 years old can share the bed with their parents. There will be an additional charge for children's breakfast at the rate of 150 baht per day per person.
This purchase cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
Check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. However, please inform us prior to arrival if there is late check-in needed (after 6 pm). This condition is specified by the readiness of the hotel, which might cause any additional cost. The receptionist is 24 hours available.
No smoking.
No pets allowed.
Conditions are as specified by the hotel.
Payment Option (For Deposit Payment, Please Use These Codes While Booking (10%: N10, 30%: N30, 50%: N50))

- Deposit 10% when booking a room for more than 10 nights and pay the full amount upon arrival (Code: N10)
- Deposit 30% when booking a room from 3-9 nights and pay the full amount upon arrival (Code: N30)
- Deposit 50% when booking a room for 2 nights and pay the full amount upon arrival (Code: N50)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once purchased, it will not be returned in all cases.
To amend or postpone the booking, please notice at least 1 day in advance; otherwise, it cannot be changed.
