Children and extra beds:

Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.
Infant 0-2 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
Children 3-11 year(s): Must use an extra bed. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge.
Guests 12 years and older are considered as adults. must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.

Rates Terms:

All rates are net in THB inclusive of breakfast. Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% applicable government tax.
All rates shown are per suite.
Reservations & Allotments: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, unless a firm room allotment has been agreed upon by the resort.

Arrival and Departure Procedure:

Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified.
Late check out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate for each room category occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night contract rate will apply for use of the room after 18:00 hrs.
The hotel has a guaranteed policy to hold bookings up to 6:00 p.m.

High season: Stay during 01 January – 15 April 2023 and 01 July – 31 August 2023

Low season: Stay during 16 April – 30 June 23 and 01 September – 23 December 2023

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once purchased, it will not be returned in all cases.
To amend or postpone the booking, please notice at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, it cannot be changed.
