Sport Massage
Sport massage cures, fixes, or reduces the tension in deep tissues. The tissues work as the core stabilization of the body, including sitting, standing, walking, or other motions. Whenever tensed deep tissues occur, it will cause pain or restricts the movement of the body. These symptoms are caused by the blockage of oxygen and nutrition in the muscles and eventually cause muscular inflammation and the formation of Toxin in the muscles, which is poisonous. The sport massage is different from normal Thai massage which focuses more on body relaxation. On the other hand, the sport massage will reduce muscle inflammation and increase muscle strength.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain and inflammation. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.
Adjust Body Balance
Body balancing and adjustment massage is a treatment for body structure that is misaligned in your neuromusculoskeletal system. The treatment will correct the balance of the left and right sides of your body through the manipulation of muscles, tendons, joints, and bones. It helps maintain the functionality of various organs, relieve pain, improve your overall health condition, and reduce the risk of losing body balance in the future.
