Ideal for guests who are new to the RAKxa experience, this package lets you select from our vast array of modern and traditional treatment options: Scientific Wellness, Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM), Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), energy healing and physical movement sessions. Through a deeper understanding of your underlying health issues, we’ll empower you to take the most appropriate course of treatment for your future care.

Throughout your Discover RAKxa stay, you will be offered tools that support your journey towards optimal wellness. This includes health and wellness consultations, three wellness meals per night of stay, restful accommodation as per selection and the specific treatments listed in your programme. You’ll also receive the following complimentary items: general physical examination; daily fitness and leisure activities; minibar in room except for wine and other select items; use of hydrotherapy area including the vitality pool, steam, herbal steam, sauna, chill shower and cold plunge pool.

Each session lasts 50 minutes except Thai Pure Nutrient Hair and Scalp Treatment which lasts 80 minutes including blow dry.

GARDEN VILLA

Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

Reservation is required prior arrival date at least 3 days in advance.
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and it is non-refundable.
Rate are net incusive of service charge and VAT.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability.
Late-check out until 6 pm will be charged a half-day rate and check-out after 6 pm will be charged a full day rate.
Early check-in before 12 pm is subject to villa availability. For a guarantee early check-in, a half-day charge of the villa rate will be applied.
Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge at the total price of the reservation.

Rules & Restrictions of RAKxa Wellness & Medical Retreat:

In order to maintain a peaceful and healthy atmosphere for our guests, please kindly note the following:

Mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not allowed in public areas.
Taking photos of other guests and staff without permission is prohibited.
We regret that children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the retreat.
Food and drink from outside are prohibited at RAKxa.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Pets are strictly prohibited in RAKxa.
Only paid guests are allowed in the retreat. Outside guests are not permitted.
We do not accept walk-in guests or site inspection guests, for safety and privacy.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner not disruptive to the peace of the retreat and of the stay of other guests. The RAKxa management reserves the right to ask misbehaving guest/s to leave the premises immediately.
Guests are requested to use the retreat equipment and facilities with proper care. Any damage caused due to the fault or negligence of the guest/s shall be charged to their account.

Liability:

Guests are expected to observe the retreat policies, including all the safety rules and regulations, warning and danger signs, proper attire and decorum, while inside the premises of the retreat and using its facilities. Guests shall therefore be solely liable for any loss, damage injury, accident or death that may occur due to the negligence, willful act or disregard of the same by the guest. Furthermore, guests agree to render the retreat, its owners, officers and staff, free and harmless from any claims arising from the use of any of the equipment of facilities in the retreat.
Retreat guests shall be responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables and personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are available in the Villas, while lockers may be used by our day guests. The retreat shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest's valuable and personal belongings.
The retreat shall not be liable to the guests by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if the reason for the delay or failure is force majeure.
In case of emergencies requiring medical attention, guests may request assistance from RAKxa to bring the ailing guest to a hospital whereby they shall be accompanied by the RAKxa nurse. Any cost incurred in relation thereto shall be for the account of the guest.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Normal season: Stay during 28th March-31^st October 2022
High season: Stay during 1^st November 2022– 24^th December 2022 & 11^th January 2023 – 31^st March 2023

Cancellation/amendments received 15 days or more prior to arrival will occur no cancellation fee but will be automatically charged at THB 15,000.-net for medical and laboratory services (except holistic programmes).
Cancellation/amendments received 8-14 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged 50% of total programme value.
Cancellation/amendments received 0-7 days before arrival will be automatically charged 100% of total programme value.

Peak season: Stay during 25^th December 2022 – 10^th January 2023

Cancellation/amendments received 45 days or more before arrival will occur no cancellation fee but will be automatically charged at THB 15,000. net for medical and laboratory services (except holistic programmes).
Cancellation/amendments received 31-44 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged 50% of total programme value.
Cancellation/amendments received 0-30 days before arrival will be automatically charged 100% of total programme value.

No show and early departure:

In case of ‘no show’, 100% of total programme will automatically be charged.
No refund will be made for any under stays.
