Even they're very important, but it seems like not many people have got them because they're hard to be developed. It also requires adjusting your lifestyle and your mindset. There are many things to be sacrificed to get a better health but if you're willing to, the impact will surely be superb. To do that, we are going to use B-healthy application which has a questionnaire system, text message, and video call features to collect all the data. Also, This package includes recommended food list, exercise plan creation, and other stuff up to one's need.
| Online Consultation
In this course, we are going to normally have a daily holistic health questionnaire, an online video consultation once a week to see how can we get closer to our health goals.
We also can have consultations via text messages during consulting hours (10am-6pm). Then we will have a monthly health improvement result at the end of each month to see how we have been.
*Additional video call might be appointed due to the severity of patients' health problems
