In this course, we are going to normally have a daily holistic health questionnaire, an online video consultation once a week to see how can we get closer to our health goals.

We also can have consultations via text messages during consulting hours (10am-6pm). Then we will have a monthly health improvement result at the end of each month to see how we have been.
